Refund Policy

We want you to have an outstanding shopping and purchasing experience at Lakebluff Woodcrafts.  We trust you will appreciate our craftsmanship and that you will love the products you purchased!   

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, then please reach out to us.  We will try to make everything right!

Returns & Refunds

We accept returned items within 14 days of arrival with a full refund, minus any shipping costs.

We’re here to help.  To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected].    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping labels and cost on return items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take up to 3-5 business days for us to process the  refund.  Subsequently please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be delivered unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions

Note the we cannot refund any personalized items orders (such as engraving services), nor can personalized items be returned.   We do not accept cancellations on personalized items or custom produced items already in process.

We do not refund shipping costs for incorrectly ordered items or change of heart.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

We are not responsible for lost of stolen items.  Please submit a claim directly with USPS in that instance.
